• A reservation is confirmed once full payment is received by 12:00 on the day of arrival.
• Guests must provide accurate details during the booking process.
2. Payment Terms
•Accepted payment methods include direct bank transfer, BLIK, or payment through other booking platforms.
• Payments must be made in full to secure the booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation terms depend on the policies outlined on the booking platforms used.
• For direct bookings, a non-refundable option is available only.
4. Liability
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The property owner is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Use of facilities, such as the Jacuzzi, is at the guest's own risk.
5. Use of Property
• The property is for residential use only. Hosting events, parties, or commercial activities is not permitted without prior approval.
6. Guest Behaviour
• Guests must respect neighbours and adhere to house rules, including quiet hours.
• Disruptive or illegal behaviour may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
7. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in: From 16:00
• Check-out: By 10:00
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
8. Cleaning Policy
• A standard cleaning fee is included in the booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage.
9. Privacy
• Guests' personal information will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• No surveillance cameras are installed inside the property to ensure privacy.
10. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the booking is made.
