Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. (cigaretts, e-cigaretts, vaporisers and medical marijuana)
3. 🐾 No Pets
Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon prior to arrival
4. 🤫 Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please respect the neighbors. Applies also to the jacuzzi (massage mode), washing machine, and dryer
5. 👥 Maximum Occupancy Maximum: 2 guests Hosting parties or inviting visitors is strictly prohibited 6. 🛁 Jacuzzi: Please follow all safety instructions - section Jacuzzi Use at your own risk ❌ Do not use: bath oils, bath bombs, salts, scrubs, dried flowers 🕐 Allowed hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
7. 🧹 Cleanliness
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy.
8. 🔧 Damages, Breakages & Emergency Reporting

Leave keys in the lockbox upon check-out - Ensure the door is locked up Lost keys = replacement fee

Cancellation Policy
All reservations made directly through our website are non-refundable. This means that in the event of a cancellation or a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged and no refund will be issued. By booking a stay, the Guest accepts these terms and conditions. This policy also applies to all additional services ordered before arrival or during the stay (such as welcome packages, decorations, massages, wellness packages, late check-in/late check-out, extra cleaning, or any other special services). In the event of cancellation or non-use of these services, the payment will not be refunded. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance that may cover costs in case of unforeseen circumstances.
