Rules

1. Check-In: 16: 00 Check-Out by 10:00

Late check-out or early check-in will incur additional fees of 20PLN/hour

4. No Pets

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon prior to arrival.

5. Quiet Hours o Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please respect the neighbours.

6. Maximum Occupancy

 The maximum number of guests is 2.

7. Jacuzzi Use

Please follow safety instructions provided. Use the Jacuzzi at your own risk.

8. Damages and Breakages

Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages. Costs for repairs will apply.

9. Key Policy o Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.

10. Cleanliness: Leave the apartment in good condition..

11. No Illegal Activities

Illegal activities, including drug use or excessive drinking, are strictly prohibited.


Cancellation Policy

All reservations made directly through our website are non-refundable. This means that in the event of a cancellation or a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged and no refund will be issued. By booking a stay, the Guest accepts these terms and conditions. This policy also applies to all additional services ordered before arrival or during the stay (such as welcome packages, decorations, massages, wellness packages, late check-in/late check-out, extra cleaning, or any other special services). In the event of cancellation or non-use of these services, the payment will not be refunded. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance that may cover costs in case of unforeseen circumstances.
